I am using SharePoint 2007 + Windows Server 2008 with SharePoint 2007's publishing portal template.
I am using List Web Part with Data Sheet view. I want to know how to make a column as a URL link (i.e. show text in the cell, and can associate a link with the text in each row for the specific column), i.e. when user clicks the text in the specific column of a specific row, the user will be directed to the link associated the text.
I am using SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise with Windows Server 2008 Enterprise. I am using publishing portal template. I am creating a list with the default "Title" column -- Title (linked to item). I want to make anonymous users to be able to view list content and also wants anonymous users to be able to click the Title link to see item details. But I find when I clicked Title link, I have to login in order to view item details. Any solutions to make anonymous user to be able to click and view Title link? thanks in advance!
I am using SharePoint 2007 Enterprise + Publishing portal template + Windows Server 2008. I want to add a list with two columns, one column displays picture, and the other column displayes rich text. I did not find a way to display picture itself into a list (picture type column of list seems only add a link of picture to the column, not the picture itself). Any ideas how to implement? And is it possible to implement paging on list -- e.g. display 20 items on each page, and if 100 items, display by 5 pages (end user could use page-up and page-down to control paged view)?
I am trying out Visio Services in SharePoint 2010. I started to link data to shapes. I selected Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Services list in the Data Selector dialog box, imported a visio diagram, added the url to the site. I then selected Link to a list -> Tasks. When I try to 'Automatically Link Data Column to Shape Field' I can not see Shape Field ID. How can I add Shape Field ID?
Where is information about users associated with specific SharePoint site stored? I guess information is stored in relational database. To be more specific i want to ask if it is possible to query... sites/sub-site and permission level. My question is: Is this possible? Another question: Is there any method how to get this information without installing anything on server side of SharePoint farm? I have list of sites and sub-sites with URL's. More details: Let me describe one solution I have now. I’ve found tool Data Juggler (http://www.djuggler.com/) which can automate repetitive web tasks

Using SP2010, I have a list containing a column with rich text (i.e. contains html). I would like to display this column using a content query web part - but when I do, it displays the actual html, rather than the formatted text. Is there a way around this?
I am using SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise with Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, and I am using publishing portal template. I am using Insert Data View function from SharePoint Designer 2007 to insert a list created in parent site to a child site. Now the list displays correctly. My question is, how to hide the column name (displayed at the top of list content rows) in my child site (I want to show the list rows only, no need to show the list column name)?
